Met with a few people today with Des. I'm not going in details on here, but i stongly encourage anyone that is unsigned to go to his meetings this week. The first is at Union Local Tuesday night. Personally, I don't care who brings the contract to the table or how much this person will make off of any agreement, as long as the lease is there for all of us to maximize our opportunity to capatilize on this gold mine.

Robert, yea cmon Landman scam artist tell us how Dumb all us SE Ohio folks are & how most us are suckers, We all want to hear how smart & famous you are and how your here in middle no where ohio scamming them! You & Mike & Geodude right? Robert you ever going to tell us what you really do & what the name of this huge company you have making you millions yearly.
Tom , I found someone who knows who Robert really is , I will send you a email .
Bob, I was at the latest meeting in Swiss Hills and no one voted for this, It was just him up front saying we must do this as titles are the biggest hold back to leasing not the dry gas vs oil issue, in My opinion 90% of the people at the meeting were disgusted and see what the game is. Many were getting up & walking out while he still trying convince people this is necessary. I sat there thinking Bull especially when he argued with me this is different than any title search we have ever seen??? (BULL)
my concern is the 10% that don't see it, I had an elderly lady sitting behind me saying that at least I'll know if I own my minerals or not? I tried to tell her if she hasn't leased with anyone in last 10 years, does not have a well on her property getting payments & or free gas the odds are she owns the minerals or can recover for a whole lot less but still not sure she got it,
I also would like to hear from some people attended his belmont meeting last night on how it went? He ended the Swiss hills meeting saying he would have another meeting this week to have the commitment forms signed?
I'm sure he will be rushing before people get talking especially those without internet so they sign as soon humanly possible.
Sorry Tom, I was at the meeting but went outside early and when some of the people came out they the group decide to go with his new deal. I guess people dont really know or hear what they think they hear. Was there any kind of a vote.?
I wasn't able to attend the meeting. Tom, did he claim that he had an investor that would pay for these searches and that the investor would then pay a signing bonus for the lease or is he just hoping that an investor would be interested once the title is cleared?
Angela he said he has an investor that would pay for the searches with the intent they get their money back,He never said what was in it for them but I guarantee they wern't doing for free, He said wnen we get a deal through him the Oil company will pay the investor back but if he never gets a deal or you finally give up waiting and accept an offer from another group or direct with an oil company you are indebted to the investor and must pay them back. To Me its a win win situation,
Yea he wins either way.
That is a lousy deal for the landowners the more that I look at it .
Hows about getting a TRUE DEAL and call for a meeting .How's about doing the job you told us you were going to .
This is a win - win for someone and I'm not so sure its the land group.
The O-G companies are still going to do a title search reguardless for there own protection . Why should we pay for something that they will do again and ready ----- NOT CHARGE US ----- ?????
Yea ,,, funny thing about when you insult a bunch of BIG DUMB HILLBILLIES ,,,
and include there wives and daughters .
I wonder if the industry approve's of this kinda talk by one of there's if that's what he really does .
I have a feeling we are going to find out soon !!!
Yea , won't be long now , , , tick , tock , tick , tock .

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
