im in pease twp and im trying to find a grp that has decent lease agreement my self does anyone have  example of S-G lease agreement to look over. or at least some contact information so that i can contact them myself. thanks for any response ahead of time.

One of my family members said that during the texas oil rush the oil companies paid around $30-35K per acre.  If the government succeeds in expanding the use of natural gas, our property will be very valuable.  Is there any provision for re-negotiation when the lease runs out in 5 years?  I am ok with leasing for what the land is leasing for now, but it would be nice if we could renegotiate the terms at a later time if they decide to lease again.
