Other than Davis law firm in Bridgeport, has anyone heard of anymore landowner groups forming in Belmont County? Thanks!

Permalink Reply by adam sorell on April 14, 2014 at 11:11am Davis group isn't leasing anymore. Many people got stiffed and now have memorandums filed and haven't been paid. The other guy involved with Davis Al Smith removed his sign.

Permalink Reply by adam sorell on April 14, 2014 at 3:06pm When you 2 parties agree to a contract it should be honored . The Davis lease the company put up nothing upon signing. Members . Martin and Frances haven't been paid and it's going on 200 days. The contract was for 120+30 (30 for letter to pay).
For some odd reason I can't figure out they are only paying on small lots. Everyone i met who did get paid ,it was on less than 3 acres. I researched the filings and they are all small lots most less than an acre.
I was told there were 2 groups. I'm speculating here but maybe the first group had a market enhancement clause . The people who haven't got paid were in the 2nd group that had a lease with no deductions.

Gulfport is leasing. I'm going to sign with Gulfport if Frances and Martins don't receive a response on the 30 day non-payment letter.
