Davis group isn't leasing anymore. Many people got stiffed and now have memorandums filed and haven't been paid. The other guy involved with Davis Al Smith removed his sign.

Some people have gotten paid.  I just spoke with a person inside of Brookside with a small lot who just received their check.  Looks like its taking just a little longer than expected.

When you 2 parties agree to a contract it should be honored . The Davis lease the company put up nothing upon signing. Members . Martin and Frances haven't been paid and it's going on  200 days. The contract was for 120+30 (30 for letter to pay). 

For some odd reason I can't figure out they are only paying on small lots. Everyone i met who did get paid ,it was on less than 3 acres. I researched the filings and they are all small lots most less than an acre.

I was told there were 2 groups. I'm speculating  here but  maybe  the first group had a market enhancement clause   . The people who haven't got paid were in the 2nd group that had  a lease with no deductions.

My contract was for 150 days and I sent them the 30 day notice on the 2nd of April. Still waiting.

Antero Resource Facebook page says they are still looking for acreage to lease.......give them a call.

Antero not leasing in Belmont at least not in Pultney or Colerain.

Rice is leasing

Gulfport is leasing. I'm going to sign with Gulfport if Frances and Martins don't receive a response on  the 30 day non-payment letter.

Prices are jumping.  Higher in duel zones...be careful

is Landowner Leasing Group having a meeting, I know they were in Belmont.
