Would they need pipelines to the new velocy inc. / pinto energy plant in ashtabula ?

Any news on pipes ?

According to some posts I've read ( pertaining to Ashtabula County ) pipeline action will happen 1st followed by renewed leasing activity.

Standing by for any info.
