46 Acres in Hopewell

I live out of state but am aware of the activity up there. Just received the Seitel offer to 3D image the property.  My question to the group is it time to lawyer up or is the imaging no big deal?

I believe anytime you are signing a contract with gas/oil related issues you should have a qualified attorney on hand. Contracts aren't meant for us ordinary folks to understand, unfortunately.
