Just a little introduction:  My name is Josh and I am a partner at Blue Ridge Land Management.  I have lived around the Ambridge area for almost 20 years.  I am also an oil and gas professional. 

Throughout the past 5 years; my partners and I, have worked on projects covering over 550,000 acres in the Utica and Marcellus Shale.  A large percentage of that acreage has come from Ohio Landowner uniting together in order to sign a fair lease with a premium bonus payment.  Until now, Beaver County has been left in the dark about the benefits that a landowner group can provide our community.
