A friend of mine is a lawyer and he tells me that the lawsuits are lining up against Chesapeake all over Beaver County. As soon as the first one was filed (can't remember if it's Darlington or South Beaver), people have been calling them non-stop. Wondering if Chesapeake will have to repurchase all that leasehold?

a couple months ago a judge threw it back to beaver county,  which is good,  have not heard anything since then.
