I’m in two new EOG horizontal units in Ridgebury Township. The wells are drilled and fracked, but the pipelines have to be installed. Anyone have an estimate on how long this takes and when the royalty checks will start coming in?

That's a very difficult question when pipeline is the holdup. How far are you from the nearest hookup point? I'm watching pipeline go in near to me. Rate appears to be circa 2-5 miles/year. And of course, everything depends on terrain.
Are you seeing any pipeline activity at all . . . anywhere near to you?
Unsolicited commentary:
One thing I don't like is completed, fracked, wells sitting awaiting pipeline. Those babies are sitting there at max pressure with no drawdown. Makes me nervous. One "good" thing: If there are leaks, that's the way to find 'em!
