Is the gas industry anticipating & preparing for the next surge in natural gas demand?  LNG, Artificial Intelligence, increasing electricity demand, closing of coal powered electrical generation plants plus other signs affecting natural gas demand are being reported.  Has it started yet and how will we see it impacting drilling in the Appalachian Basin including Pennsylvania?

Will Tropical Storm Debby change the natural gas market & pricing?

Both the Henry Hub Price & the Spot Price of Henry Hub gas both seem to be gaining in significant price lately.  Where will it might go to end 2024 and then into  2025?

What is the average EUR for Seneca Resources Utica wells in Northern PA?  Does it vary across their acreage?  How does it compare to Utica wells being drilled in the western part of the state?

Seneca has been drilling in Mddlebury Township for the most part in the last two years.There deeper Utica wells than western Pa but there around 15-20 million a day and they sustain longer than previous wells.
