Saw this yesterday in the Weirton paper - if I read it closely - I thought they included pipeline easements?

Got another $2k for the gas transmission line under a trail! :)

WELLSBURG - The Brooke County Commission will receive about $2,000 for allowing a natural gas transmission line to be extended under the Brooke County Pioneer Trail about a half-mile south of the Wheeling Culvert Plant near Beech Bottom.

That 7500 is about $1000 more than XTO signed Belmont county owners for two years ago!
Can't wait for the results on the Allison well.

Misprint - no.  But, yes, they will pay more for city/county/government land as you mentioned.  Still more than paid for government land elsewhere too! :)
