Hi Kim,

Where are all of the Brooke County landowners?  Do you guys not have internet?  I'm a landowner in Hancock County and can not believe that virtually no one in Brooke has signed onto this group.  I'll private message on some attorney contacts.

Just found this sight today !

I know that Bill Watson in Wellsburg knows quit a bit about the Chesapeake set up and has done many attorney papers for the locals.

We ended up using Rokisky in Weirton. So far so good.
