Can anyone tell me how to find out what type of ROW is behind a home we are considering buying? Big difference to me if it is a distribution line vs a gathering line vs an interstate line. I think it is just a distribution line but want to be sure I have accurate information before making a decision.
For what it is worth, it is in Butler County in Adams Township.
Thanks!

Cheers
