New Well in Forward Twp?

I was looking North/Northwest towards Connoquenessing last night and saw what looked to be a well flaring in the distance. To give you an idea of where I live, if you drew a line from the well to the corner of Leisie and Valencia Rd, it would run through our house.

Anyone know of anything?
