"Chesapeake's enhancement clause is particularly helpful to landowners."I have such a clause preceded by a prohibition on CHK deducting directly or indirectly any expenses CHK says it allows them to deduct all at the well head expenses Is a Market enhancement clause as state of the art termWhy does the clause help me, since it is not doing that but the opposite?

- I am familiar with them and they are reputable. Our offer in Elizabeth Twp, Allegheny County was 1000 and 17% only about three months ago. I did put a land group together of about 800 acres and as a result got a better offer from another party which we went with. Rex seems to be the player in Butler. Good luck
