Permalink Reply by Geo5 on September 24, 2014 at 2:23am My brother was talking to a landman from REX yesterday. He stated that Rex had plans for two well pads in Northern Concord Township. He claims the one well pad is just about ready to apply for the permit, while the other one is being held up by the landowner. Both properties were leased to Swepi.
Permalink Reply by Jon on September 24, 2014 at 3:55pm It'll be interesting to see what permits shoot out.

I'm curious what permits come out too. We just received a notification from REX for water testing at the Renick pad in Center Township. They are testing a 4,000' radius instead of the required 3,000'. No new well packet with it, just the water test notification. SWEPI had units made up and had the water checked two years ago and never drilled. We should be finding something out soon.
Regards.
