Has anyone noticed ...

 # 1) The CBC pipeline project that is currently being installed East of Augusta? The pipeline  crosses under CR-18 / Aurora road.  Also, SR-9 South out of Augusta is closed (local traffic only). The pipe line seems to go from the Lozier well area to the Mangun well area. And maybe further.

 # 2)  The ? pipeline project on CR-71 / CR-10 / Cobbler RD NE ? The pipline appears to start at the Tennessee Compressor Station and then goes East to almost SR-39.
