Where can we locate a map of pipeline construction in Carroll County?

Thanks. What about the feeder pipelines that gather from clusters of wells. Is there a site that shows where these pipelines will be?

I am curious. What is your interest as a stakeholder? Resident? Landowner? Concerned citizen? Employee? Mine is to help communications take place between businesses and communities to make what is often a tough situation better.

Mary Ellen, PUCO has Authority for GASEOUS Gathering Lines for Wells/pads, but just for safety reasons.

They also will have the location records of these lines.

Eventually.

Like ODNR, they are SEVERALLY backlogged with work documenting these lines and locations.

Virtually no real practical oversight. Certainly in real time. Lack of qualified inspectors.

Access Midstream/Cardinal Gas Services is a main player for these kinds of lines.
