I have recently viewed a plot map for a well and the horizontal run is 5500' and that is end hole then they give a measurement of 750' wich runs all the way across the back of my property. Will this stop on property line as shown. And what should i be looking at. Thanks for any input oh and they just started drilling three weeks ago

Larry,

 What is the name of the well ?

 Was the plat map you viewed from the ODNR website?

 Usually the initial maps on the ODNR website show the MINIMUM Production Unit size.

 When the well is completed then the REAL Production Unit map is posted and it is typically larger.

Yes info was sent to me from odnr its the Housouse well lee twp carroll county and i have no completion map or info rig is gone. Thanks for the info

Larry,

 Houyouse Well 8H.

This is the preliminary  Drilling Acres per ODNR ...

This may or may not be the final Production Unit.

You will not see anything at the bottom hole, all of the action is at the other end @ THE PAD.

 ODNR Well Status

 ===========

 6H = Drilling

 8H = Permitted

 1H = Permitted
