Thanks so much for your response, Steve. It is unbelievable that they would offer any less than fair market value for the pad site. Our lease states we are to be compensated for 'damage'. Dictionary definitions support my stance. Our small 50 acre parcel with a pad would benefit neighbors more than ourselves if only one leg is drilled. One big loss for us in order for Chesapeake to hold by production . . . and they are calling my husband unreasonable.

Do you have an API WELL #, yet?
Under the "1. Menu" section - click on [+] to open "Reports"
Click on "COMPLETIONS"
On the API Well Number line select "LIKE" operator
Enter the well API Well number (without dashes) in the field
Click on the Report button
Scroll down to bottom of the report.
The PDF link is the ODNR Unit Acre drawing.
If you cannot get this to work
then Send me your Well #
and will send you the link to PDF, if ODNR has listed.
