they have contacted me in Armstrong Co. near rural valley, anyone know what they're offering per foot?

Have heard of the proposed pipeline project, execpt to  the Tenn. gas pipeline in the Coal Hill area Venango county. Spectra (Texas Eastern) does not have a pipeline in Venango county

Your right Tenn pipeline. And have heard $1 per inch per foot. But also heard $2 but don't really believe that figure.

Don't get your hopes up, I heard they are at about $0.50 per foot which covers all damages.
