EQT site on knight town rd.

new to site. belive well has been drilled tubed but not feaced yet.i live appox. 15 miles from site,venango county cranberry township. have100 acre farm leased to range resources,10 dollars acre 12.5% one year left on lease. would like to renew for better deal.i know seneca resources is drilling in redbrush forest co.one well drilled (vertical only ) currently building location for 2nd well site (horizontal ) atlas has one marcellus well in production (vertical only ) on take it easy rd leeper clarion co.

I live in Cranberry Township, PA and just discovered the local school board is voting on an offer they received. $2000/acre for a portion of their 138 acres that they can drill and $1000/acre for a portion that they cannot drill, but run pipe. The royalty payment offered is 15%.

I have property in Clarion County and am organizing a number of landowners to protect ourselves from the low prices that are being offered. We had Stone Energy offering $200/acre, but that is still laughable in my mind. We all need to hold out for bigger money. Things started slow out east and leases out there are now over 5-6K with 18%+ royalty.

Be Patient People...the gas isn't going anywhere!!!

you are right 200/acre is low. i also live in cranberry township, but would be intersted in joining your group. i'am currently leased with range resources, expires in 10 months.any idea who cranberry school district is talking to? if EQT has a good well on knightown rd. lease offers should increase.

What exactly does this mean? I have tried to find info on transmission lines after hearing rumors that a large line is being considered around Knox PA, but I can't find any info...
