Limestone Township leases

My cousin has 75 acres in Limestone township and is interested in looking at leases.  What companies are leasing there and what is the going rate?

XTO Energy, Inc. has a well permit in Limestone Twp.  It is part of Exon.

EXCO Resources is operating there as well. I don't know the going rate. I suppose it is dependant on alot of variables.
