 what are the specifics, who was the pipeline  landman?

Tony Morrison was trying to sign a right of way with us to a well site - that is not even there Yet. jackie

David Wise was his name. On his business card it says, Right of Way - Leasing - Surface Damage Agreements

Follow his name and find out who he was contracted with, maybe you'll get a number to check. that might help.

That 15 days is probably "Business days" so probably get it on 17th or 20th. You signed on  Sunday the 28th?

What does the contract you signed say about terms of payment, who is paying, etc?

I got that "bonus" for leagal fees. Had an earlier ROW that expired and wasn't going to lose that money again!
