Phillips Well Flaring (from Trumbull Co. site on 4/28)

Good news on the progress.  No pics of the flare, but don't even know how much it's being choked.  In Mercer Co. on the Ohio border.   Would love to see some oil or some heavy condensate in the output.  They're making progress and getting closer to us....

Found this pic on the Venango Co. site.  Says it was from yesterday, 4/28 @ the Phillips site.
