chesapeake energy no longer leasing Greene county

i am in holbrook area and talked to dale property's waynesburg they said leasing has stopped here . no reason why? is bottom about to drop out on gas .do to over abundance . its all time low per share . RIGHT NOW  or do they have all wells they need here already ? anyone here anything else . about it thanks
