Recorded a couple weeks ago in the Gue & Noble Recorders office; Ironhead sold/transferred/conveyed 70% of their lease holdings in Gue & Noble Co to EAP LLC, (Encino). From my quick review, this was mostly all leases Ironhead owned from 2021 thru approx Oct-Nov 2023. This included operational control though they maintain 30% interest.  Ironhead continues to lease new parcels in these counties. Won't be a surprise if they do another sale at some point.
