How much are the gathering pipeline easement brining in SE Ohio

We have been contacted to allow survey of our property.  He indicated would get back with us next week.  Any idea what current easements are going for?  I have seen up to $25.

I am currently negotiating with Mark west. I have heard up to 50.00 a foot for the first line then 40 a foot for each additional line up to 5 total. I am waiting to hear from my lawyer.
