The Purple Hayes lateral seems to be design to hold as much acreage as possible.  My guess is that whenever in the future Eclipse decides that it is profitable to drill Yost, they will issue a new plat map.

Can you explain how it "takes" some Scott, Yost well units?

Are these properties already unitized?

If you look at the Purple Hayes and Yost B 8H plat maps, the Purple Hayes takes most of what was designated for the Yost well and then extended past the Yost to several of the Scott bottom holes.  So I guess it didn't "take" units, Eclipse just did some shuffling of properties to making up the Purple Hayes.  Have not seen an updated plat for the Yost.

Scott 7H has not been drilled yet.  So Eclipse could still change the units.

Ah... makes sense. Was thinking all were unitized some way already.

I appreciate the clarification.

Thanks will wait and see ,what they do.

Any updates?

Looks like they're putting up the platform now on Scott or Yost well .No rig so far.

They submitted completion form
for Yost 8H stating it was
redrawn. Haven't looked at
paperwork for Scott wells. Be
Nice if they were working on the
Yost, that would run parallel
to the Purple Hayes and pick
up the rest of my acreage.

Could you post new one for Yost well half my acreage is in it thanks.

They haven't placed a new plat
map for the Yost well on the
ODNR site as of today. As soon
As I see something I will let
you know. Thanks for any updates
As I am not local.
did anybody else hear that explosion off of grape Hollow I hope everything's okay big plume of black smoke and then that was all and plenty of rescue squads.
