I've been contacted by a Landman ("Duke" is his name") representing Ohio Gathering Company, LLC to survey my property in Madison Township and sign a Right of Way Agreement to allow a pipeline to be installed. I signed the Survey Permission to allow them to do the survey but he's pushing hard to get my wife and I to sign the Right of Way" Agreement.
Has anyone else been contacted to sign a "Right of Way Agreement" with Ohio Gathering Company, LLC? If so, what concerns do you have with the Agreement? Any advise would be helpful.

aren't they offering you any cashola?? PDC right of way down SR 265 is offering $20 for the first line and
$12 for the second or third. Does any one know if that sounds right?
