Steve Irwin, Public Information Officer for ODNR, will discuss the ODNR plan to identify, evaluate and prioritize the orphan wells to be plugged at state expense. The meeting will be at 6:pm on Wednesday, October 17 at the Deerassic Park Education Center, 14250 Cadiz Rd. near the main entrance to Salt Fork State Park. The purpose of the meeting is to define how HB225, which became law on September 28, 2018 will be implemented.
