FACS Law hosting another meeting at Serbian Center tonight at 6PM.

FACS Law stated that plans for large underground pipeline from area below New Cumberland, underneath Ohio riverbed, proceeding under Route 7, then proceeding west to connect with even larger line to distribution infrastructure, are supposedly pretty firm. Expected to be started and completed within 2 years. This is encouraging sign that they would not invest such a large amount to transport product, if they did not anticipate product from local areas. We were told they HOPE to bring offer to the table of approximately 5000 to 7000 an acre, and POSSIBLY 15 to 17% royalty, gross at the wellhead.Hoping to get firm offer within one year.
