received another offer,this time from warrior venture.they didn't give an amount yet,but say they are interested and want my info,like county,township,lease date,terms,royalty %,etc.i was thinking i would tell them i would sell 10 acres of my minerals for $15,000 per acre just to see what they would say.what do you other landowners think? what would be your bottom line for selling your rights? this is the third offer to buy from different companies all inTexas or Oklahoma.
