According to the News Herald they paid for 1.2 miles to be repaved. The paving will stop at the McCauley farm where the pad is proposed. According to a guy building pads, he will start building the pad once they are finished on the pad they are currently constucting. So I expect them to start building the pad on Plum Run within the next month. The pad is named a CNX well as opposed to McCauley and I am not sure why.
