Hi,
I have 271 acres just west of Rayland this the present lease is to expire in June- looking for some advice as how to approach the whole thing with chesapeake's lease company already having contacted me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know the OVLG presented on offer to Chesapeake but wondered how it went. Looked to me in the lease like they were leasing all shales and not just Marcellus. Also might have been some gray area in the market enhancement clause of the lease. Were these addressed, did Chesapeake accept the offer, are there any more meetings planned, and is membership still available.
