Has there been any leasing activity in northern Jefferson County since the Williams Compressor Stations have been built?

Has anyone signed a lease lately with Ascent? If so, who was the landman and what kind of terms? Thanks. Diane

With CHK letting our lease lapse, we are not seeing any activity in Brush Creek Township. Has anyone had any contact lately with O&G folks?

Hello,  I was contacted by Shell Pipeline Company in regards to possibly having a pipeline go through my property. I was wondering if anyone else was contacted or has more information on this.   I am in Ross TWP.   Thanks, Bob

There's not much going on by permits on the ODNR site in Jefferson county just a few test wells here and there.

Is there any activity in Northern Jefferson County in the dry gas? I haven't heard of any compressor stations or gathering lines going in. I was hoping that the OPEN pipeline going in would get something moving.

Does anyone have any info on the Davenport property in Bloomingdale Ohio? We leased it 3 yr ago to Holland Acquisition. We did (through Chesapeake)
settle on pipeline crossing land, with a five yr lease and auto renewal. We have not heard from Holland, and do not know if they still hold the lease or sold it. Any news would be appreciated.
Thank you

I just wanted to let you know about an upcoming Seminar Series through the YPE called Energy Industry Training Series- It’s 12 part series, although you can just attend one or two if you like. The first Seminar is in June, and gives a complete overview of both the Marcellus and Utica plays.

You can learn more here!
