Pad Location entrance is across from the IGC 542 Young well drilled to basement several years ago, it is marked as the well in Northernmost Lawrence County with Rogersville Shale depth shown as 9202'.Well site is off Little East Fork Road.
With all the recent frenzy of activity this is apparently the permit for the well.

No, but I am sure they would like to.
What is the well name/number? I didn't see anything in the state database when I looked for the permit
Some folks in the industry said CHK to drill 3 by the first of the year, neighbors reported CHK beefing up bridges to bring in a large rig & this was verified by visiting the bridge site. CHK could be working on the well for a week or two before the permit is posted with Ky's reporting system.
What kind of per acre lease prices are you seeing down there?
I don't think so. It doesn't look like it runs that far north. If it did then it'd actually run out of the trough entirely.
Chesapeake is supposed to be putting the pad work out for bid NOW.
Looks like Chesapeake is back to working on this today 12/23/2014 bet the limestone suppliers are loving it.
