Thanks for update ironfarmer.

Ironfarmer, are you hearing any chatter about Abarta selling off acreage to CHK and Continental?

No, but I am sure they would like to.

What is the well name/number? I didn't see anything in the state database when I looked for the permit

Some folks in the industry said CHK to drill 3 by the first of the year, neighbors reported CHK beefing up bridges to bring in a large rig & this was verified by visiting the bridge site. CHK could be working on  the well for a week or two before the permit is posted with Ky's reporting system.

What kind of per acre lease prices are you seeing down there?

Dexter, could the Rogersville shale be the shale we spoke about that Energy Corp of America (John Mork) is logging in Morgan county Homer Twsp Ohio?

I don't think so.  It doesn't look like it runs that far north.  If it did then it'd actually run out of the trough entirely.

Chesapeake is supposed to be putting the pad work out for bid NOW.

Looks like Chesapeake is back to working on this today 12/23/2014 bet the limestone suppliers are loving it.
