Hello, I have heard rumors of possible legal action against a prominent energy company that drilled numerous vertical wells in lawrence county in the late 1990's. Rumor has it that when the company that signed the original leases was sold, they sold the existing leases that are held by production for over $10000/acre, and that there may be a possibility of the land owners getting some form of compensation. Anyone else heard anything like this? Thanks .
