Hello, I have 32.88 Acres in Wayne Township which is just vacant land.  I was approached by East Resources to lease the land for $1,500 an Acre 15% Royalty.  Has any one else in the area received offers from them or another company.  Also, would any one be interested in forming a owners group to negotiate a better deal for everyone?  Thanks.
