NEW WELL in Jackson Twp??

Driving west on I-76 this evening and notice a Big Drilling Rig just north of 76 & wet of Bailey Rd, I don't remember seeing an permits in this area or did I miss something. Does anyone know what well this is or is it just a vertical well??.

Have they pulled the second permit for the Davidson pad yet?
Word on the street is the Halcon is coming back to poke another hole soon.
