Good luck - Im not positive but im pretty sure the alov lease is confidential and no one is willing release it to the public. If you know somebody that signed your best bet is to try and talk them into letting you take a peak

Anyone who signed a letter of intent with ALOV should have a copy of the perposed  lease. freetrapper

   Yes, but dollar amounts & percentages are left blank. It's my understanding that you don't see the actual lease until a mass signing event is held.

I'm in Mahoning County. Is it still possible to join the ALOV group?

Don't bother. Mahoning has slowed to a crawl as far as leasing is concerned. I know of several people who can't get any decent numbers right now and are just hanging out there.

I am aware of this grouping. I do not believe it was completed in name of ALOV however. Buckeye Minerals moniker was used at signing.

If the same lease group, you are correct on terms. Vast majority of leases signed included surface rights.

I am very acquainted with lease terms. Signers-on still subject to lease rights vetting over next 120 days I believe.
