I am working with The Appalachia Midstream Service on a contract for an Easement and Right-of-way agreement through our property, the GFP Corp, located in marshall county.  The property is located off of Big Wheeling Creek Road, Grandstaff Run.  You access this from the road comming onto Miller Hill Road.  They are offering only $10.00 per foot.  When talking to the rep we requested that we be paid $15.00 or $20.00 per foot.  The rep said that they would just go around us if we did not except there offer.  We have not yet signed with this company . I have read some of the blogs on this sight with as much as $30.00 per foot.  Has anyone in Marshall County been contacted by this company?  I have talked to only one of the other property owners that conects to my property and he is going with the contract offer. I swould like to hear from the property owners from Stone Church Road, Sand Hill and Miller Hill Road that may have the same problem.
