Montoring drilling activity and new piplines

Hello does anyone know of any websites in WV that montor well permits and production etc.Also permitts for Pipeline projects ?We have two that I know of in PA the DEP site called efacts and another RLStore.com that charges a yearly fee of about 18.00 dollars.

WVDEP;  go to office of oil and gas then database information.
