This week I got a letter to test the water and have a seismic test done on land in Ohio.  I called the water testing company and was told they send those out to property owners of land w/in a 3000 foot perimeter of a perspective well.  A friend told me to look on the letter and I should find a well name .  There it was.  I was also told to call Chesapeake (the oil Co. here) @ 1-877-245-1427 and give them the oil well name and they will tell me the date they plan to start drilling that well.  So if you get either the water or seismic test letters look for a well name, call in and find out when the drilling will begin. - Denver
