Hilcorp permitting sites in Delaware and Wolf Creek Townships
I hadn't looked at the DEP eFacts website in a while. Just did and saw that Hilcorp is in the process of permitting sites in Delaware and Wolf Creek Townships. I can't figure out exactly where they are at though.
Wolf Creek - Coulter Pad

Delaware - McCullough Pad is on rt 58 west side of road in between baker hill rd. and cochran road. the Wolf Creek - Coulter Pad is i believe is on rt. 173 south of scrubgrass rd and nort of coulter ln.. coulter is a guess right now. i dont believe iv seen it on e- map yet.
