NiSource Pipeline

Has anyone else in Mercer County been approached by the NiSource people?  NiSource is working with Hilcorp to put in a pipeline to collect their gas and send it down to the Cryo plant in New Middletown OH. I have been approached but want to make sure they are on the 'up-and-up" with us.
