Arguments were to be filed in this case on November 20th.  Is it possible to have access to these?  Also if I understand the "Tolling" of his leases to October, 2012, that action actually stopped time expiring on the leases and essentially is  extending a lease beyond what should have been expiration. 

By applying to all leases it involved everyone leased even if you were not a part of the suit!!!!
