Regarding the bonus payments are people talking about per year or is the bonus for the entire lease period? I.e. 10 yr lease at $3000/acre. Does that mean $30,000 per acre total over 10 years?

Everyone in NY should read DEC's EXCELLENT response to Walter Hang's allegation in the Binghamton Press that there were 270 oil spills attributed to oil and gas wells. This letter to Assemblyman Bill Parment illustrates how statistics can be manipulated. hi im a land owner in delaware co 20 acres i need info on all of this and if im in a good spot for drilling or future lease as im purchesing more land connected to mine
