Anyone speak with Cunningham Energy at Marietta Comfort Inn?

I was driving by the Comfort Inn on Saturday, October 1st and saw a sign saying they were there till 7pm signing leases. Anyone stop and get any details? I looked them up and they are out of Charleston, WV. They are also going to be at the Lafayette Hotel on Monday and Tuesday. I do not know the hours.

The hours are 10AM to 7PM. I leased with them in the past in West Virginia and they treated me great. I heard they are going to drill two wildcat wells in Ohio, whatever that means.

A wildcat well is an exploratory oil well drilled in land not known to be an oil field. I have heard of other companies that hope to drill more than two.

I spoke with them today and they have no current plans for an exploratory well yet.
